The Dragonballs


Rules and regulations for dragonballs on Earth:

1. Must gather all seven dragonballs. 2. Chant required "Come out Shenlong, and grant my wish!" or something similar. 3. Only one wish per summoning of Shenlong. 4. After the wish is made, Shenlong will disappear, the dragonballs will turn to stone and scatter themselves; they will remain stone for one year. 5. The Shenlong cannot grant any wishes that are beyond the powers of  the creator of the Dragon Balls (Kami). 6. You can revive anyone or any group of people who fit a certain criteria, if they did not die of natural causes (like age). 7. If a person has been revived by Shenlong before, the person cannot be revived again. 8. These dragonballs were created by Kami. 9. After the wishes are made, Shenlong will disappear, the dragonballs will turn to stone and scatter themselves; they will remain stone for one Earth year.

Rules and regulations for the "new" dragonballs on Earth:

After Kami re-merged with Piccolo, Shenlong became no more and the dragonballs turned into stone. To revive the dragonballs, Goku invited Dende from Namek to be the new Kami of Earth. Dende was able to revise the rules and restrictions of Shenlong's power in the revival process.

1. Must gather all seven dragonballs. 2. Chant required "Come out Shenlong, and grant my wish!" or something like that. 3. Only two wishes per summoning of Shenlong. 4a. After the wishes are made, Shenlong will disappear, the dragonballs will turn to stone and scatter themselves; they will remain stone for one Earth year. 4b. If only one wish is made during the summon and the dragonballs turn to stone, they will remain stone for four months, and then Shenlong may be summoned again. 5. Shenlong cannot grant any wishes that are beyond the powers of the creator of the dragonballs. 6. You can revive anyone or any group of people who fit a certain criteria, if they did not die of natural causes. 7. If a person has been revived by Shenlong before, the person cannot be revived again.

Rules and regulations for dragonballs on Namek:

1. Must gather all seven dragonballs. 2. Chant required in the Namek language. 3. Wishes must be said in the Namek language (Even though the dragon doesn't speaks that language). 4. Only three wishes per summoning of Porunga (Eternal Dragon of Namek). 5. After the wishes are made, Porunga will disappear, the dragonballs will turn to stone and scatter themselves; they will remain stone for one Namek year (130 days). 6. Porunga cannot grant any wishes that are beyond the powers of the creator of the dragonballs. 7. You can revive anyone multiple times, as long as he/she did not die of natural causes.

Note: You can only revive one person per wish.

NOTE2: Dragonballs of Namek are more powerful and much bigger than the ones on Earth.

Rules and regulations for Black Star (Ultimate) dragonballs:

1. Must gather all 7 dragonballs. 2. Only one wish per summoning of Shenlong. 3. Chant required "Come out Shenlong, and grant my wish!" or something like that. 4. Instead of spreading among Earth (or Namek) as the others do, these spread across the universe! 5. Piccolo Daimeo, DBZ Piccolo's father, created these dragonballs in the DragonBall series (It is strange that they had been around throughout DragonBall and DragonBall Z and no one discovered them until DragonBall GT). 6. Keeper of since Piccolo's father died, Piccolo, but then Dende Kept them once Piccolo merged with Kami in the Cell Saga. 7. If dragonballs not returned to Earth within one full Earth year Earth will EXPLODE!!!

Note: You can use these dragonballs in 180 days but you have to get them to Earth within a year.
